Description
The tour departs from Cape Town for Stellenbosch, which is the second oldest town in South Africa. You will visit Oom Samie se Winkel (Victorian Shop) and a historical wine farm for some wine tasting. You will also experience a driving tour of the Town which, among other things, is famous for its University and historical buildings. We then travel towards the False Bay coast and visit Muizenberg with its surfing beach and Shark Spotters. Then it’s on to Simon’s Town for a lunch stop, after which we visit the African Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. We then proceed to Cape Point where you take the funicular to the historical lighthouse with an option to enjoy a number of short walks. The trip back to Cape Town is along the Atlantic Ocean, arriving in the City in the evening. This Tour includes a vast range of scenery as well as allowing the visitor a fascinating insight into the colourful history that surrounds the Cape of Good Hope.
