The following steps will explain in detail our booking and payment procedure.
Once you have contacted us via the ENQUIRIES FORM on our website and have expressed an interest in one of our Holiday Packages or Tours we will then send you a quotation based on your first enquiry, this is the starting point.
ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTATION
During our e-mail correspondence we will propose and discuss a variety of different touring options with you until you are completely satisfied with the package. Once you are happy with your holiday package you will then send us an e-mail confirming that you would like to book the holiday with us!
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Once we receive your e-mail confirming that you will be booking with us, we will send you CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION via email. Attached to the Reservation Confirmation e-mail will be an invoice and a Credit Card Payment Form.
Once you have received the invoice we would require a 50% deposit which is used to secure accommodation, regional air tickets, touring vehicles and tickets to popular attractions. Our preferred method of payment is EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) however we do have the facilities for Credit Card or Debit Card. Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card facility an additional 5% will be added to the invoiced amount to cover bank charges.
We would require final payment 30 days (One Month) prior to your arrival date. At this point we will e-mail you an electronic copy of your detailed itinerary fact sheet which will include all reservation numbers, dinner vouchers, activities and domestic air tickets if applicable.
When you arrive in South Africa whether it be at Cape Town (Cape Town International Airport) or Johannesburg (O. R. Tambo International Airport) one of our team members will be there to personally meet you, and they will be holding a sign board with your name on it. Prior to your arrival you will be given a cell phone number for the representative who will be meeting you. If for any reason you cannot locate our representative on arrival you can simply call the number and he/she will locate you.
